Student who violates any rule or disturbs the peace or progress of the facility will be liable to disciplinary actions including expulsion from the hall and from the institution. Students are still obliged to pay any outstanding fee if one happens to vacate the room before the end of the year.

• Students must occupy only allocated rooms. Unauthorized occupancy or exchange of rooms shall be treated as serious violation and culprits will be expelled without further enquiry.
• Occupants must leave their keys at the porters lodge when exiting the facility. Students shall be charged for any damage caused in the hall or any misplacement of keys.
• A student is completely responsible for all his possession. The hall management will NOT be liable to any loss incurred.
• Writing of slogans, obscene drawings, posting of bills, smoking, use of narcotic drugs, fighting, stealing, unnecessary making of noise and any sort of gambling is PROHIBITED.

• The hall CANNOT be considered a hiding place for miscreants. The police authorities may enter the campus and detain anyone depending upon severity of the offence.
• Students are to present ID card that bears their name at all time to the porters before issuance of key.
• Any student that harbors an unauthorized person(s) (PERCHER) will be expelled from the hall immediately.
• Under no circumstance should a student engage in an argument or interfere with the duties of any staff of the hall. Complains and suggestions should be made to the hall manager.
• All faults must be immediately reported at the porters lodge.
• Any cancellation of booking and withdrawal of payment from the date of payment to the first week of Academic year, will attract a 15% administrative charge on the total amount. After one week however, you relinquish any refunds entirely.
• Kindly make all payments at the bank (Kindly pick a DEPOSIT SLIP NOT a fee voucher). Payment not made to the designated account will not be accepted.
